Studio Policies

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

  • Standard purchases: final sale.

  • Damaged Items: Eligible for a replacement within 7 days of equal value

CLASSES:

  • 7+ days before class: Full refund if cancelled within the 7+ days

  • 0 - 6 days before class: No refund nor credit will be issued

MOBILE PAINT PARTIES:

  • 50 Guest Minimum

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your party

  • In the case of cancellation, deposit is non-transferrable to another date

IN STUDIO PARTIES:

  • 10 guest minimum

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your party

  • In the case of cancellation, deposit is non-transferrable to another date

LIVE EVENT PAINTINGS:

  • 35 guest minimum

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your party

  • In the case of cancellation, deposit is fully transferrable to another date

At Keshet Lavoux Children’s Art Studio, we value your family's privacy.
This policy explains how we handle your information and any photos taken during our events.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect basic information (such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers) solely for registration, billing, and studio updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

2. Photos and Social Media

We love celebrating our students' creativity!

  • Our Practice: We capture photos and videos of studio activities to share on our official website and social media pages.

  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): We will post these photos unless you specifically instruct us not to.

  • How to Opt-Out: If you prefer that your/your child’s image not be used, please fill out this form during registration. We will strictly honor all "no-photo" requests.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Summer Camp Details and Policies​​​​​​

By signing up for Keshet Lavoux Art Camps, you accept the following terms and policies:



ART CAMP DETAILS:​

  • CAPACITY: 24 campers, 3 camp counselors

  • Daily camp sessions run from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through Thursday

  • Early drop-off and extended care are unavailable. Late pickups/early drop offs are subject to additional fees

  • All campers must be 5 years old and older

  • We are a NUT FREE studio. Please NO peanuts, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (Nutella), cashews, pistachios, brazil nuts, or nuts of any kind. This includes nut butters and nut milks.

  • Once enrolled, look out for a confirmation email coming your way! It includes the PDF forms you need to print and bring to camp on day 1 drop off.

     

ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST:

  1. Sign up your child using this form (click the word "form")

  2. Waiver of Liability Agreement form and bring to the first day

  3. Please complete your full payment to lock in your camper's spot (Disregard step 3 if you paid upon online checkout)

  4. Once we receive your liability form and payment, we will send your confirmation email! Please add our address

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • No refunds on day rates

  • Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit

  • All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date may receive a refund minus the
    $100 nonrefundable deposit

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable

  • Camp spots are for the enrolled child only and are non-transferrable

Birthday Party Policies
​

  • There is no additional charge if you bring your own dessert, drinks and snacks

  • If you bring a full meal, there is an additional $30 fee for set up and clean up

  • Additional guests are $25 each with a maximum of 18 guests per party

  • Parents and immediate family are welcome to enjoy the special birthday celebration at the art studio or are welcome to drop off and pick up at the end of the party time​
